You can either print this or have the form displayed on your computer screen. Next take a clear picture with this form. If you are unable to print the page you can take a picture in front of your computer screen with the form visible on the screen. Click the continue button on the same page as the form and simply continue filling out the new member Registration. At the bottom of the last page you will be prompted to submit your Verification photo there. For your membership to be concidered you must submit a photo.

This is required of all members of Selective Swingers. By requiring this verification, we can insure no one uses outdated or false photos. While anyone can have a friend take a photo instead, it is unlikely that most friends will want their photo being used for these purposes. Nothing is foolproof, but we're trying. Your verification photo will only be displayed in the administration interface, unseen by other members. You should choose to upload other photos to your member profile.
